ABOUT
about us

Our healing arts space is on ancestral Cherokee and Choctaw lands between Asheville and the Hickory Nut Gorge. The log house was built in the 1930s by the Lynch family amongst what are now 250 year old trees. The house and land and has been stewarded by the Hamilton family since the 1970s.

We offer integrative massage and bodywork, somatic experiencing, mindfulness classes, and community dances.

We acknowledge the many layers that cause us to feel pain or unsafe in our bodies. We acknowledge the many layers of harm, culturally and historically, through many lineages of people being forced from their land and perpetuating cycles of violence. Together, we open the door for connection with the present moment, tuning into energy that wants to move and the stuck places in our selves that want to be seen and liberated.

Building capacity to work with our own pain fosters connection and integration, as well as boundary work. Relationship building with oneself ripples out into relationships with others, community, and the collective.
